So one of my friends works in a strip bar and I was wondering what y'all think about this..
The girl sits on the guy she dances on him just wearing a bra and moving slowing on him etc..is this exciting or not at all?

What I think really does not matter. What you think, and what your friend thinks of herself is the relevant question here. Depending on the kind of club she is working in she probably makes a lot of money. This can be very addictive.
I will not lie and tell you I have not done this before and it can be quite exciting if there is a "happy ending" whether it is a commercial venture or a recreational home activity with the one you love. Many disfigured men have no outlet except this kind of play, and others see as a fulfillment of a fantasy to get attention from the kind of woman who would not give them the time of day if they saw them on the street.
On the other side it can be a little cruel to bring men to the brink, only to siphon more cash from their wallets. It's a little exploitative.
Your friend may be playing a dangerous game. You really do not know who is walking in to these places. They can be psychos,stalkers, or worst yet people she knows who could desecrate her reputation.
The key here is not to judge your friend. If you are thinking about it for yourself, be clear about who you are first and whether this would work for you.

For me that's bu**sh*t. I've never had to paid for anyone to do that and the times we have done something like that is just for the 2 us and because we are in love. The best thing is to do that with someone you're in love with,
