I generally use that. Then dab it off and let some blood come out. Then blow on it to seal the wound.

No! Only use hydrogen peroxide once to clean out the cut. Then keep it clean. If it does get infected then you may need more hydrogen peroxide, but certainly not regularly.
To help a cut heal, keep it clean, use a neosporin like product, and put a band aid on it. Change twice a day.

Hydrogen peroxide just cleans them out and keeps them clean, so it may help them heal a little faster, but that is only because it prevents infection, but medically, it does not speed up the healing process.

Hydrogen peroxide is for disinfecting the wound... it doesn't really make it heal faster, but it keeps you from being sick and gooey. For quicker healing, aloe vera products work best
