Get over him. He's a jerk and he did a rotten thing to you. In the future, wait until you are in a long, committed relationship before you have sex again.

you are going to be all right,been there,eventually with time
and life the pain lessen up,and you start to feel like yourself
just try not to make the mistake of sleeping around because
someone did this to you,because in the end you will damage
your spirit,you don,t want lose that part of you,so wait patiently
i know it sound corny but it,s true,you may not see now but
wants you start to date them you see if there no good or not
most time even before,you had warning signs but ignore it
so next time listen and you will learn and grow from this.

Move on. He obviously was after one thing. You gave it to him, now he's done. Nagging him or stalking him will just make you look desperate and miserable. You might be desperate and miserable, but he doesn't have to know that. Move on, don't look back, and don't "do it" with every guy that comes along. Save "it " for the ones that would be there even if you don't give "it" up. Make sure the guy values you, not just what's in your pants.

Leave this loser alone. If he broke up with you after you slept with him, he is not worth your time. Find somebody who's going to appreciate you and the fact that you trusted them enough to sleep with them.

well he was obviously an *** hole so i would so to try your best to forget about him. cause that looks like that was all he wanted from you and thats what he got. so yah try to forget about him and find somone way better who will actually appreciate YOU.
