Take a thick chicken breast, cut a slit big enough for stuffing 3 tablespoons full of food. Boil 1/2 cup of broccoli or spinach for each breast. Mix with shredded cheddar and stuff in the chicken. Bread the chicken using a flour and egg mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees on a greased broiling pan. If you don't know how to bread the chicken; I use 1 cup flour, 3 Tblsp sugar, 1 Tblsp salt, 1 Tblsp black pepper, and 1 teaspoon red pepper for the dry mix. For the wet mix I use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup white wine. Dip the chicken in dry mix then wet mix then dry mix again. Works well and tastes great.

Potato cheese soup is VERY heavy. You get the protein from the cheese and the cream, and the carbohydrates from the potatoes and the cream. It's a meal in itself!
Simply serve a colorful salad on the side and you will be done.

Since potato soup is heavy I would have a main dish salad like cobb- sliced chicken, bacon, avacado, tomato, black olives on a bed of lettuce serve with french bread.

Smoked haddock, the flavour of the haddock will follow the cheese soup perfectly with some crisp green beans and potato Dauphinois.

Grilled or breaded chicken would be really good with soup.
And some crusty bread to dip in the soup!

Soup and sand's are a great meal for those nights that you want something comforting and good. You could make grilled pastrami and cheese sand's, that sounds good with your choice of soup.

potato cheese soup? YUM!!!
you can make shake and bake boneless chicken breast. It's quick and easy.
If you do not have any shake and bake use breadcrumbs and just add a little seasoning to them.
