I don't know about finding used ones anywhere, but Cuisinart makes a soft-serve ice cream maker that will also mix in candy or sprinkles as you serve it up.

Look up restaurant supply companies in the phone book. They sometimes take stuff on consignment. That's what I did with my old soft-serve machine. Beware...they're an absolute pain to clean.
