I'm not a guy...but have seen this happen to a friend of mine by his little sister. Keith wound up having sugery to remove the testicle from the lower abdomen!! I think it's cruel and should only be used if you are being physically attacked and need to get away.

I've met really masochistic guys who've wanted to be kicked in the balls before.
But it wasn't about the pain, it was more mental, about having the control, and testing out reactions.

Well our "balls" as you say are like our life, without them, all men would probably either shoot themselfs or go insane. My little man is the most important thing in my life. Without him, I would not be able to go to the bathroom or in the future, do that other thing...
