Like to do 30 min in the AM before work - 20 lunch and then 45-60 min in the eve

you really shouldnt overwork your body, you need to give it time to rest and refuel, but if you insist, you could do 30 min in the morn, 30 at night.

Yes! I have read numerous articles (sorry I can't remember where exactly right now) that have shown proven results that 3 10 minute routines during a day can give you the same benefits of 30 minutes (or however you want to break it down). If that is what works best for you and your schedule than by all means go for it.

You should try to avoid all types of breaks except when there is no alternate. One should be devoted, loyal, honest and very regular to one's duties. As the job is a matter of trust and responsibility.
