Just plain old olive oil and vinegar.
Ranch is good, but I like it as a dip more than I do as a salad dressing.

Right now it's balsamic vinaigrette. I used to (and still do) like lemon vinaigrette. But the one I miss the most is a buttermilk-basil dressing. I just have to wait until either the basil grows or it gets cheaper at the market.
