I like your idea. Having him dress like you do at the office, except, my only concern on that, is... How do you dress at the office?
You forgot to tell us that part.
I would say though, anything of a professional working woman attire should be fun for him to suffer though. I say, pantyhose, panties, a bra (with something to give the shape of a breast in there), some nice heels, a skirt (a pleated mini or longer skirt with a slit, something that he can hide his maleness in), and a nice blouse.
Start with what you normally wear for makeup, but then do it a little more to empathizes and hide his features.
Since he probably is not shaving his legs, you might want to changed the pantyhose for some heavier tights. Plus, that way he has less of a chance of getting a very embarrassing run in them.
Definitely want to have him in high heels, but might want to use some with a strap so that they do not slip off of his feet. Maybe he better practice walking around in some of these clothes a few days a head of time so that he does not hurt himself trying to walk with the limited leg movement because of the skirt, and the unfamiliarity of the heels.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, jewelry, like you normally would for work. Maybe add some nice clip on earrings and some fake nails too!
