In Brooklyn there are several great restaurants on Smith Street in Carrol Garden / Cobble Hill section.
I recommend "Apartment 138" ,138 Smith St. btwn. Bergen & Dean).
In Manhattan I recommend "Deborah's" on Carmine St. in the West Village.

Cafe Rafaela is my favorite cafe in Manhattan. They have VERY reasonable prices and fantastic food. The one I can think of right now is in Chelsea but there are several all over New York. It has a great atmosphere and customer service. I highly recommend it.

i know of one in brooklyn. it's called Sea Thai Restaurant and Bistro. its a beautiful restaurant. and cheap prices for really good food. they also have a bar. but the place is huge! u will find all different races in there, not only asians.

That is such an open ended questionn. Of course there are places in NYC. Best to get a copy of Zagats and find someplace yourself.
