Does any1 know of a way to get your hair to grow mine will not grow at all It's been the same lengh for a long time I get it trimed I use good shampoos and conditioner and treatments.

all the other things people said and also massaging your scalp helps a lot...jsut while your watching a movie or something

I only get my hair trimmed about three time a year. It gets long and looks unmanagable sometimes, but when I finally get it trimmed (never more than a half inch) it is just enough to make it look healthy again, then I start all over. Started doing this about two years ago, its past mid back now. Started at my shoulders

sure easy and cheaply to the hair models list of to do things
drink lots of water
take b viatamins
zinc also with calcium
wash hair maxium 2-3 times a week to product natural oils
use conditioner only on ends of hair

Let it grow for two months without trimming, if there is no visible hair growth, see a trichologist.

IF YOU ARE BLACK THAT IS NOT UNCOMMON. IF WHITE YOU MAY NEED A VERY GOOD PHYSICAL
