hey everybody!!
so ive been with my bf now 4 about 8months we love each other a lot we even knew each other a long time before we dated anyways...I recently told him that i want to be the mother of his children he said he was so pleased but why?guys what do y'all think of this what wxould y'all think if yur girl tolsd y'all this?

He gave you a positive answer and you want to know why? Why not just accept and appreciate that (right now anyway) he thinks he digs you enough that there may be a long-term future with you that includes children.
That's no small thing! You seem young so that may be years down the road, and both of you may have followed paths elsewhere by then, but the idea that he enjoys the idea of a future with you is a very positive thing. Don't try to analyze it...just enjoy it!

It may depend on how soon in the r'ship she told me.
If she said or blurted out "I want your babies" like not long into a r'ship. Would I run a kilometre to get away from her?
Better if there's commitment first from both people, and they've been going out for a while, if not quite a while/long time.

it depends on how old you guys are. it means different things depending on what stage in life your are in.
i am going to assume that you are in your early to mid 20's. If he was genuinely 'pleased' (does that mean excited?) then that means that he feels happy with you - and believes that you will be a good mother for any kids that you have together.
i would recommend getting married first tho...nothing like a true commitment to try to bring a little stability to the family.

You sound so young...esp. talking about being the mother of his child after 8 months.....WTH!!?? And that has nothing to do with you knowing him longer......SLOW DOWN!!! He probably just meant that he was pleased that you would want to be his childrens mother......NOW dont run out and get pregnant now.......
Lesson about men and babies......if they are young, young minded or just irresponsible.......THEY TEND TO RUN!!!! So you have to BEWARE when you are telling or even just talking about having a baby with a man. I know if I was him, I would run fast as hell away from you........you sound like the next move is for you to have a baby.......Chillax, hun!! Peace!

its not that he is opposed to the idea, but i can tell you as a guy, i have thought about things like that, but once in a while. It is not a major concern. Unless it is something that a guy really wants, and you both discuss together, you probably just caught him off guard. and now he is going to wonder, well if i am not ready just yet, is she still going to want to be with me? so just reassure him that having children is something that you look forward to in your future together, but that you still want to be with him even without.

He loves you so much, that he himself wants you to haev his children. I tell my bf that all the time, and he loves it! The fact is that he loves children and loves the thought of our future together. Congratulations, you found yourself a good man!

Get a good Pre-Nup...
NEVER have kids out of wedlock..
He needs to get a good education & start a stable career
before you have kids..
