You wouldn't get in trouble because you would be moving it to its rightful place.

This would make an interesting youtube movie. Like, set up a camera on the shelf and watch as everyone comes and looks at them. And the troubles a young man must go through to even move them all in the first place.

We'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll see some poor priest doubt his very existance...I'll bring the popcorn. :)

It would be a lot of trouble, because the Bible is not fiction, funny how you knew this since you capitalized the word Bible giving it the importance it is due. Maybe you should read the Bible and see how much of the Bible applies to you, yes you, who dont believe what is written.

You would probably get a whole lot of Christians coming to your house to lynch you on your lawn and burn your house down. Keep in mind I'm all for putting it in the fiction section, but those Christians are some cranky mother Fockers.

Idk, i myself dont like church, so id laugh if someone did that. I believe in all that good stuff, but i dont care bout the bible thing. Too many out there to believe in what really happened, and where did it all come from, you know like how did everyone know the stuff existed? Such as words and vocab and the meaning to it. Did you ever stop after saying a word, and wonder who the hell ever came up with it in the first place, almost like the spelling of a word such as bologna.. Nobody says it with a g. we all say it like its pronounced balonee. Ok, i think ive babbled too much, ill shut up. But i got lots more... lol

None, but you'd annoy the poor librarian who has to move them back to the 200 section where they belong.

And fiction is often shelved by author, where would you put the Bible? Under "G"?

BTW, mythology already *is* in the religion section. (290's IIRC) 200 is religion.

A lot. And if they did that, I would make sure they also move Darwin's "Origin of Species" to the fiction section.

The same amount if you tried to to this with American History that predates photography ( means of authenticating).
I choose to believe the Bible, just as I choose to believe that there was a boat named Mayflower. Teaberrygum

Why would you want too? Archoligiests have proven time and again many of the stories are based on fact. Its how the ancient city of Troy was discovered.
