What is wrong with someone older liking someone who is younger than her?

He is 14 I am 18 and we have kissed and i think that i have fallen in love with him and when we are together it is like heaven no matter what society thinks we like being together and around each other all the time at school is that wrong?

women generally mature much faster than guys. if you are 18 and he is 14 something is wrong.

how did you end up kissing?

if you were friends with him and genuinely in love with him prior to the kiss, i would say, its weird and wrong but you can't help the way you feel-just dont act on it.

the kiss makes other emotions rise up that would not exist otherwise-it confuses ur feelings.

Now if you were a guy and he were a girl, i would say that you belong in prison so becareful with this person. they are not fully mature yet, and cannot possibly comprehend what a relationship with you means.

I believe that you should find someone your own age.

Oh Amy, if you are really 18 and he is really 14, that is just bad, bad, bad.

You need to move on and find an older boyfriend, someone closer to your own age.

Someone above me here mentioned that it wouldn't be such an issue if you were 28 and he, 24. But it's a different thing when you are 18 and he is 14!

You need to break this off, move on and find something else to take up your time. You never know - he may still be there for you in 5-10 years, most likely, not., but it's better all around to stop this now.

Sadly, I don't think you're kidding.

Maturity wise, you should be on 2 different levels. If you're 18 and you're in to a 14 year old guy, there is something very wrong.

It's different if you're 28 and he's 24.
