Look for custom reupholsterer and/or furniture frame maker in your area. Some reupholstery shops also make custom built frames. Make sure they use good hardwood, like Alder. Glued and doweled joints, corner support/bracing blocks, and 8-way hand tied springs are all good ideas. High resiliency foam (2.5#) for the seat, high density foam (1.8#) for other padding.
