I'd smile a lot and make small talk with him. I wouldn't be more willing to help someone who is more attractive than someone else. And if I felt like the attraction was mutual I'd probably be bold and give him my number or ask him out for coffee or lunch.

I would definitely stare him down! I mean if he's hot then why not? Yeah I would be more willing to help him cuz that would be better than gazing at him from a distance. How creeped out would you be if some random chick was following you around (either physically or just with her eyes) and she wouldn't say anything to you? If he's shopping for clothes then I'd be all like, "You would look so hot in that!"
