i am a (catholic) student and i need to do an interview with someone from other religion, like the Moslems for example.

NOTE: prophetic dialogue means seeking to bridge the divisions that keep human beings separated from one another and from God. The mission in prophetic dialogue is at the service of communion and it points to the final manifestation of the Reign of God.

I think that if you need to ask what the questions are, then you aren't in a position to have real dialogue. A true dialogue can only exist when both parties are capable of discerning the right questions and responding with authority.

The "right" questions depend entirely upon the particular religions participating. You can't ask the same questions of a Native American that you would of a Buddhist, a Jain or an atheist.

prophetic dialogue?!! sounds interesting!!

if u are asking me, my answers will be briefly! :
between one another:
tolerance, respectness , understanding and education about different cultures.

between God and human:
is repentence ,prayers and doimg what he told u to as much as u can.

i assumed the questions are:
how can we over come the bridges that seperate humans to reach better communications with one another?

and
how can the one over come any bridge that keeps him away from God??

good luck if it is only a dialogue!!

Look for the common grounds of unity, love, compassion, forgiveness and tolerance that is the core of truth with all major religions.

This is the truth of God. All other teachings are trappings from the mind of man.

"Do you realize Jesus, the son of God died for your sins?" or
"Do you understand that unless you accept Jesus as your personal saviour you will burn in hell?" are Classics, real icebreakers. On a less formal note, "How did you people survive the inquisition?".
