I have a slender body type, but a little extra around my middle is driving me crazy, especially my love handles. I am strict on what i eat, and have been working out. I would love some ideas that target my middle, and get rid of the love handles!!! I need to be ready for bikini season in a few weeks!!!

There is nothing that will target weight loss in a specific part of your body. This has been proven many many times by independent studies. Your body will put on and take off weight where in a predetermined and unique to you manor. You can target certain muscle groups which will add definition to that area but it WILL NOT speed up the loss of weight in that area alone(ie target your midsection). Sorry.
