You also need to take supplements in addition to your diet and training. You are burning far more calories than the average person. Supplements are the best way to add exactly what your body needs in order to build lean muscle mass.
For marathon training, I'd lay off the weights.

It takes burning 3500 calories to lose one pound of fat. Running a mile burns 100 calories. Thus to lose one pound from running, you'll have to run 35 miles. You can also couple this with dieting instead (so run 2.5 miles a day =250 calories lost and eat 250 calories a day less; total=500 calories a day lost; = 3500 calories lost a week; =1 lb lost per week).
Keep in mind you're also building muscle mass which is heavier than fat (so you may not be losing weight but you're losing fat and gaining muscle mass.)

Don't skip meals, running probably requires more food, i know when i do i get hungrier way more.Skipping meals can actually slow down your metabolism,it's ok now and then but don't do it for that purpose,it will slow down your metabolism. You could try eating 5-6 smaller meals (less then 200 cal) through the day.
