Sit around all day eating cookies, ice cream, potato chips, big macs and all the other fattening stuff you can think of. This will definately give you a much bigger behind.

try rice and beans as often as you can !
burritos are a good way!
i figure you wanna get a brasilian booty without the sidefat
get yourself some healthy carbs and not chocolate or real bad stuff and some walking should do the trick it will take a month and you should see some results

I'll GIVE YOU some of mine! Seriously, eat things like chocolate and lots of butter on them. That should help you expand.
