Religion is a human construct, so yes it is quite real. Religion is not just about belief, it is about what people do: pray, sacrifice, engage in rituals, etc. To those who believe that there is only one religion, meaning that there is only one true religion handed down by whatever is regarded as divine, I would hope that even they would regard their religion as a human construct, since there would be no religion without human participation.
In terms of the oldest religion, it is difficult to say. The oldest evidence for religious practices comes from Mesopotamia and Mohenjo-Daro in what is now Northern India, but neolithic burial sites from across the world show evidence that religion is far older than human history. It is a good question as to whether there was ever a time in which human beings did not practice religion. My guess is that religion has always been a part of human cultures.
I do not consider atheism to be a religion, but rather a philosophical stance that denies the existence not of religion, but of the divine. One could perhaps make an argument that atheists behave in religious ways, i.e. they have rituals, communities, etc., but I don't think such a claim would really hold up to much scrutiny, especially from the atheist point of view.

God's word or this religious text is inspired of God and answers many questions that mankind needs to know in order to have a relationship with our creator. It is also a like a manual that helps us understand many questions that no man on his own knowledge can answer. As far as proving existence, we merely have to look at creation and its intricacies to recognize there is a God. Try reading a Bible daily to investigate for yourself.

Islam is the oldest one. Since Adam was the first human being. Religion is for the humans. It means how to make them humans. Act like humans. As, Adam was expelled from heaven. He believed in his God. The religion which believes in God. the only one God., with out any partners is the Islam.
Later on, as the generations split into the nations and tribes. They believed in other things.
Example: Christianity is also the branch of Islam. How??? because, if there is no crucifiction then there is no Christianity. The Major thing which has created confusion between christians and the Muslims is the cruciifiction of christ.
For example, in the beginning people believed in one God. The jews believed in only one God. when Moses librated them from Faraoh, then they asked Moses to brought them an idol for worship. he said, you are fools. How many of signs i have shown them, still you are not getting to know the true God. They worshiped a calf, when Moses went to bring a book from God on the mountain. He came back and, God ordered him to kill, 40000 peoples who worshiped that calf. So, thats why, people made different religions.
The Religions came into existence due to confusion: Confusion between, Muslims, Jews and Christians resulted in three different religions. Although they are similar.
Three religions say the same thing: Worship one God.
God is one. The almighty.
Don't have pork.
Don't have alcohol.
Women must cover her head.
You should fast.
You should grow bear.
you should not associate partners with the God.
so and so on.
Islam: Muhammad is not the fonder of Islam. But fonder of Islam is Adam. He was the first man to act upon this religion. he was in paradise. He was latter on expelled.
So, this religion splitted into many sections. Christianity and the religion of Jews.

I know exact answer.
Religion always connected to God word. How God word first created. What its meaning to human actually in scientific terms?.
When early humans lived they lacked purpose. They were thinking and thinking and looking at stars... Too much philosophical questions in their mind... Human brain is limited in energy and everything.
So people got sick in over thinking and got depressed because they did n't like the answer they came up with.
People were dying in self sucide. So may be someone came with idea of OFFLOADING some of the answers to GOD , so it relieved load in human brain and people start feeling happy as less people thought about future , they become more happy. Then it become great idea to be happy, Religion is born.
Thats it.
