Even if you leave it out for a while, it's pasteurized--it's not going to make you ill, if it's spoiled it just won't taste very well-and half and half makes nasy curds (like cottage cheese only smaller) in your hot coffee if you use it when it's spoiled. I leave my 1/2 and1/2 out occasionally, and so long as it still smells okay and doesn't have any curds in it, it tastes okay.

I'd go ahead and use it--test it out first on a small amount of hot coffee to see if it still stirs well into the hot coffee. If it does, you should be okay.

Totally not! Half and half contains milk and when it is left out for 5+hours, it is bad. Just think about warm, droopy lettuce, or a glass of tea left overnight. YUK

I'd suggest tasting the creamer and if it tastes ok you should be able to use this. This is what I've done in the past as well

absolutely not! the maximum amount of time you can leave dairy products out without refrigeration is 2 hours, and even then, you should have it out on ice to prevent spoilage. dairy products are live food products and spoil quickly.

I would not. If you insist on using it, use it in a dish that is fully cooked to 150F.
