New foods - obviously you are probably eating a mostly correct diet. Accordingly the generic healthy people & those who live the longest - are slim people who exert themselves regularly (either work or play or both).
Select good foods with high carbohydrates not just fat. My metabolism was v. high and I am the same ht. My boxing wt at the academy was 137#. Blueberry sour cream cheese cake helped me some, but baked potatoes and various spaghetti (pasta) dishes with great sauces were great. For breakfast try pankakes or french toast with sour cream and strawberry (frozen in syrup are the best). With eggs add holandise (sic) sause. Omlettes add everthing. Salad add cheese and rich dressing. Ice cream add hot caramel with nuts (not peanuts). Alcohol use pure black russian (kahlua/vodka 50/50) or white russian add rich cream (33/33/33) Steak no well done - stay with rare or almost med rare. Peas - use Lesuer very early with pearl onions and mushrooms. You can eat a little more if it taste good. you need the beef to add muscle mass not fat. Shell fish are better than fish. Oysters, Lobster, shrimp, scallops, even escargot are fine. The koreans at dried squid packaged shredded. Its a great snack a healthier than candy.
Enjoy what you eat. But it takes the right workout to make muscle. I am now 60 weigh 220 with no fat and do 5 miles running 3 to 5 times a week. Still box some. The computer has been my worst enemy - don't let yours slow you down.
Good Luck

Eat McDonald's 3x daily. Scarf down some icecream. Load up on cheese. Pile on the guacamole. Wolf down some Mexican food. Just follow me around, eat what I eat. Soon you'll roll faster than you can walk.

Most people have the opposite problem. In a way you are lucky! Try eating before you go to bed maybe it will help.

In the U.S. we have a drink called "Ensure" that is tasty and high in fat and other nutrients. A few of these a day would do the trick, if added to a regular diet.

if you're working out, or even walking to work school whatever...stop. you need to load up on carbs and protein...lots of meat, rice, potatoes, bread, eggs. Potatoes helped me a lot when i was trying to gain weight...and they helped in a very good way. they helped me put "good weight" on...i started looking healthy and not sickly.
