I have a supervisor who loves kids when we have picnics at the job wich is all the time he really enjoy my kids there teens and they enjoy him.But lately two older women join our team, there children are all grown, my supervisor been dogging my kids out telling them they are disrespectful and other things embrassing them in public and saying he does not care if there mother get mad, which is me. I had to tell him that if he see the kids do something wrong he needs to pull them to the side and talk to them. I know that both of these ladies had complaints on the kids, yes they are routy but not to the extent where they are tearing things up or fighting. One of these ladies is his girlfriend and the other I think he likes, I do beleive he does or use to like me.

THEY'RE YOUR KIDS AND REGARDLESS IF HE LIKES YOU OR NOT, IT'S NOT HIS PLACE TO BE TELLING THEM WHAT TO DO. IF THEY WERE ACTING IN A WAY THAT WAS DANGEROUS TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS, THEN HE COULD SAY SOMETHING, BUT TO EMBARRASS THEM IN FRONT OF OTHERS WHEN HE'S ONLY YOUR SUPERVISOR IS WRONG. I WOULD TELL HIM TO BACK OFF, AND IF HE HAS ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM TO TELL YOU PRIVATELY AND YOU WILL HANDLE IT, NOT HIM. YOU'RE THEY'RE MOTHER AND IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THEM FROM JERKS WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO SHOW OUT IN FRONT OF OTHERS. IT SOUNDS LIKE HE'S TRYING TO SHOW THAT HE'S THE BOSS, AT AND OUTSIDE OF WORK. EVEN IF THE 2 OF YOU WERE DATING, HE STILL HAS NO RIGHT TO BELITTLE YOUR KIDS. TELL HIM TO STEP BACK.

your super has no right or authority to say anything to your kids. in my opinion, he is being disrespectful to you and your family. if he has a problem with something your children are doing he out of respect for their mother he should come to you and let you handle it. the guy sounds like a jerk anyway. he has a girlfriend and he is scheming on another ! what a dick

Why would your supervisor have anything to do with your kids while you are at work?

maybe his girlfriend is jealous of you, and creates this conflict..So I guess all you can do is not let it get to you and maybe not go to these picnics for awhile... if it makes you uncomfortable then try to find a way to defuse the situation
