No it does not, the mile high club means you had sex on an airplane, normally a mile or more in the air. Although there is nothing wrong with having sex in Denver, I do it all the time, I live there.

You can bend the definition to mean anything...
I take it as that you have to be a mile above ground, not just a mile high from sea level.
