There's a really good book that tells you pretty much all the cals/fat/carbs etc. that's v cheep £3 - 4 - I use it to count carbs for my diabetes (insulin pump) - it's good because unlike a computer you can carry it around and it gives info for almost everything you are likely to regularly eat inc. stuff like fast food and branded food too. It's called the colins gem calorie counter (I expect there are other similar ones too). I like this site it has a calorie calculator, what each food has in calories and it also has an exercise cacluator that can tell you how many calories you have burned for that exercise. Good luck!

There aren't many things they don't have. Just remember to put 0.28 in the weight column as thier measurements are in 100g increments usually. This will give you the calories per ounce.

www.fitday.com it's free and keeps track of everything for you from calories consumed, to burned to vitamins and goals etc. Been using it for 7 years, tried others and I always go back to fitday.

I agree with XLaura - www.sparkpeople.com is a great resource for nutrition and fitness information and their nutrition calculator is great for tracking all kinds of information.
