Well first, tell me how many calories you eat.

If you don't know how much you eat, then keep track. When you know how much calories you usually intake, try burning 500 calories.

Make sure to eat a healthy balanced diet, and exercize. You really shouldn't worry about losing weight, but how many inches you lose.

Just don't expect to lose 2 pounds every single week, because these things can happen slowly. Just don't starve yourself.

It depends on how many calories you will burn a day. You cannot just say if I eat this many calories I will lose this much weight and not do enough exercise to burn off that many calories.
