Obviously we will have repented and have been forgiven to enter into heaven, but will our bad habits that we are repenting of immediatly be done away with, or will we still make mistakes?

Also, will our knowledge be perfect, or will we, throughout eternity be learning of the mysteries of God?

Please only serious answers.

Speaking about Christians only:
Yes we will have new bodies and be made new- perfect, there will be NO wrong there, we will have no sin- because sin will not dwell in heaven. Heaven is perfect and holy and all who dwell there are holy as well.

1 Corinthians 15:40
There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another.
Revelation 7:17
For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."

Revelation 21:4
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

-There will be corruption in heaven--for Heaven is God's kingdom and all who live there are God's people, who a chosen priesthood and a holy nation as it says to those who are believers in Christ: 1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Even as we go to heaven after our death
I do not think we are going to be perfect
in God's kingdom
Nobody is created perfect in this life and we all have flaws
and birth defects so I do not think there will
be anybody who is perfect in heaven

But yes we are all special to the Lord God and our Lord
he knows are names and who we are
and heaven will be a very loving and special place for all
saints of the living God

I think we're still going to very much be ourselves with our same strengths and weaknesses. However, many of our weaknesses we won't be able to actually act on because we won't have our bodies to do so (at least not until the resurrection).

About knowledge - I think we'll remember a lot of stuff (like things we learned before this life) but we'll still have to keep learning line upon line, precept upon precept. But hopefully, since our memories will be a lot better, learning will be a much easier and quicker process.

Absolutely.....

1 Corinthians 15:51-58 (incorruptible bodies)
1 Corinthians 13:12 (perfect knowledge)

Heaven will be a place where sin will cease to exist....praise God!

And why do you say 'if' ??

If you are in Christ.....heaven is your guaranteed home my friend.

God tells us that anything bad will be gone. To me that means, bad habits, pain, hatefulness, selfishness, anything bad, evil, sorrowful, etc. There will be nothing evil there.
As for learning the mysteries - I suppose we will have to find out when we get there. That will be a wonderful time.

we will be perfect once we reach heaven and as for the mysteries of God we will have eternity to sit at Gods feet and ask him all about that

I believe so. Otherwise, why would Jesus have said "Be ye perfect, even as your father in heaven is perfect."

God demands perfection in His Presence. Washed in the Blood of the Lamb are the Elders around the throne in St. John's Vision.

I believe that we must be perfect as well

Purgatory, the logical choice!

Perfection here on earth is attainable with GOD's help.

2Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Perfection is just theoretical; I've never heard of any real thing that is perfect. Anything that is perfect would have no reason to exist.

i believe that we will be perfect in Heaven only by that we will be so close to the Father, that we simply will no longer have any desire to commit sinful behavior... it is separation from God that leads to evil actions...
