Does anybody else here get annoyed when someone asks a question that's either stupid or without merit and then they don't have any contact information on their profile? Seems pretty chicken sh*t to me. Especially when they don't even show any background info about themselves. Who knows if they even know what they are talking about? Let me know what you think.

Hood_12 - Thanks for your....colorful comment. LOL Do you know what doing a good job and peeing yourself in dark clothes have in common? They both leave you with a warm feeling and no one notices.

Cook - Wouldn't you like to know if someone actually knows what they are talking about when they make a comment? Or is it you just like to hear the sound of your own voice when you talk?

yes i agree yahoo should make it a rule that you have to have an active accesable email address before you can ask or answer a question.and fyi most ppl here dont have a clue what there talking about.some have stupid tatooed on there forehead and then some cover the tatoo by using technical bs and rubbish copied from wikpedia or other ppls answers.them ppl are even stupider because they think they can actully fool ppl who have actual ma knowledge and experience.and i can tell you now theres not many on this board that do.

I agree with you.
I am pretty sure if these same people spent the same amount of time working extra hours instead of
"fooling around" with silly questions,(and answers)
the extra income,in time, would be the down payment
on a car or piece of property.
It's like throwing money into a fireplace.

Maybe, like me, they are still trying to figure out how to get their profile page to display. I got it started, but cannot get the thing to work. I have asked what the secret is several different places, but I never get a good answer. The folks that operate the 360 page emailed me and said,
"Hello Jim,
Thank you for writing to Yahoo! 360.
As you have noticed we are currently experiencing issues with your
Yahoo! 360 image displaying within Yahoo! Answers. We apologize for
this and be assured that we are aware of this issue hope to have it
resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! 360.

Some of us are trying to get our credentials out there, but what else can we do?
It is a bit frustrating when I see people at level one with their actual picture instead of the generic silouette and I still have the silouette at level 2.
I have listed some of my bio in some of my posts. It's all traceable. Don't jump to any conclusions, my friend.
There you go, now I got it to work. Thanks for the kick in the butt.

I sympathise with you but what can we do? I suppose they sometimes just post their questions in the wrong category (usually ours).
Mind you, there are also a lot of people that genuinely don't know much about the martial arts.
We should all exercise patience or simply not answer their questions.

I'm with yupchagee!
MOF: I think that it would be a big help if we could get a separate sandbox for the UFC and Pride posters to play in!
Maybe persuade them to post to the wrestling board or something like that...

I believe that if they don't show any contact info, they are scared of being called on their false claims.

My guess is that only a small minority of those active on this board have MA backgrounds. Those people are best ignored. They aren't worth getting annoyed over.
