There are a lot of companies that offer industrial adhesives. I would check out either Epoxy Pro or even Glu Guru.

Have you ever heard of "Liquid Nails"? It comes in a tube that needs to be loaded in a caulking gun. It's great for laminating. There is a product called "Grip". It comes in a can and is a green gooey liquid. Just follow the instructions, awesome stuff. So good that it is banned in SF. Go figure.

Loctite sells many good adhesives. Loctite Depend is very good for bonding metal to metal. They have varieties that will glue teflon to metal.

There are many many types. It would be very helpful if you could be more specific ast to what two compounds or products you would like to bond. ie, elmer's glue might be good to secure someones dentures, but I would think that the taste would be prohibitive
