manners, trust, hard working, caring... good/fun personality, has to be stubborn (or he'll give into me every time, and thats boring!)

A guy should be totally secure about himself. He needs to be sweet and charming but not overly sticky. Too sweet is a turn off. He should be able to respect your space and have space of his own. He also should have a mind of his own and should not be afraid to challenge you; but he shoud know when to stand down.
He should be passionate about things and know when too much is too much. He should love and/or respect his family and mother. He should keep promises and expect others to keep them.
He should be able to freely express his love and desire for you, while respecting your body and sense of self.
He should also know when it is necessary to take control of the situation and when to let you take the reins.

Ability to take care of himself (cook, clean, shop, etc), physically fit, has hobbies/interests, passion and zest for life, not liberal and/or foolish, open with and accepting of others.
Preferably into extreme sports and culturally diverse (has lived in and managed to embrace multiple cultural environments).
