I don't see a button to "mirror" the image. Tell you what I did:
open the PDF
File
Copy
paste it to the desktop to make life easier

Open Powerpoint
blank slide
right-click to paste

Below are instructions to "mirror" the image:

Create a mirror image of an object
1. Select the object you want to mirror.
2. On the Edit menu, click Duplicate.
3. On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, point to Rotate or Flip, and then click Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical.
4. Drag and position the duplicate object so that it mirrors the original object.
Tip To create a mirror image of clip art, you must first convert the clip art to a PowerPoint object. Insert the clip art, select it, and then click Draw on the Drawing toolbar. Click Ungroup, click Group, and then follow the preceding steps. You won't be able to flip or rotate bitmaps, however.

On the toolbar go to view and then rotate view and then choose the option for clockwise. Repeat this procedure one more time and the document should now be readable.

Hope this helps!!!
