You must be very regular!
Its better for you than most cereals as theres no sugar in it, and especially as you use skimmed milk, but its still not great.
Many ppl have a wheat intolerance and dont realise it, which can cause bloating. I would say 6 a day is a bit much, 2 is probably more appropriate.
Although you love it it would be better to have a more varied diet if your trying to be healthy.
Also, have you tried Oatibix, the oat version of weetabix?
Its lovely, and better for you than wheat. I eat it with milk and loads of raisins on, yum.

Weetabix is healthy but 6 a day is too much.
If you eat too much of anything, your body will become unable to tolerate it.
It makes a great breakfast but you need to eat a variety of nutrients and vitamins. The more varied a healthy diet, the better.
It shouldn't increase belly fat.

weetabix is really good, and makes an excellent breakfast.
Although, you should try to eat a variety of foods because it's better to eat things in moderation.
Eating of anything can increase belly fat. It really just depends on where your body stores fat.

yes, sounds real good, if a little one-sided. Alternating with a little lean meat like ham or chicken, and vegetables, would be more beneficial in the long run though. And of course LOTS to drink, like mineral water and herbal tea.
With the right amount of exercise belly fat should be no problem.
