Hmmmm, I have a three year old too, and he's having "Diaper Withdrawls". I made him a special poster in our bathroom, when he goes potty, he gets a sticker. When he gets five stickers for going potty, he gets a sucker, and this is working like a charm! Give it a try, maybe your little one just needs motovation! Good luck!

please learn to spell and type. shes not gonna just suddenly start using the toilet you have to teach her. once an hour every hour take her and put her on her potty chair or the big toilet and make her sit there for at least 5 minutes if she goes take her down and repeat in an hour if she doesnt go ask her every few minutes if she needs to go. she doesnt need a doctor and the doctor will tell you you have to teach her. take her in when you go so she shes how it all works too. go shopping for big girl panties and wear them all day at home.nap bedtime and car rides for errands and stuff wear a pull up no sense letting her embarrass herself needlessly. little kids are afraid of public bathrooms at first do encourage her to use it though. you have to be consistent. no more diapers in her size period explain to her that diapers are for babies and that she is a big girl. praise her when she goes to the potty do a dance sing a goofy potty song. make it fun. buy lots of panties and laundry soap accidents will happen
