and you know how much result you get each week, if you do the same routine 2 or 3 times a day, will that double or triple your weight loss and toning results? kinda like speeding up the results that you would see in week 2 or 3 to week 1?

Depending on your routine you do not want to work out 2-3 times a day as you will mentally burn-out as well as over exert your body and muscles to where they won't want to do anything for you. This is not healthy and will not increase your results but will in fact set you back.

You need at least 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise to warm up the muscles and strengthen and tone your heart which will also burn calories. Add to this a 30-45 minute weight or resistence band work out. Muscle burns fat and increases the metabolism as well as strengthens and tones the body.

After you have done your routine for several weeks you will begin to notice it is much easier and your results (i.e. weight loss) will stabalize (i.e. no change)...when this happens you have built up a resistence to the routine and need to change it. NOT by working out 2 more times in the day but by adding different exercises, more weight, more repititions, add a difference style cardio such as eliptical instead of treadmill. After 2 months of that routine, again you will build a resistence and will need to change.

This sounds too intense I know, but belive me it will break up the monoteny of working out and make it fun. Add swimming or aqua aerobics, go hiking with family or friends. Once you get going you will notice changes in your eating habits to much healthier ones, changes in your emotions and moods and your over all well being.

Keep a note book of your measurements when you started and redo them once a month. Keep track of eating habits and anything unsual from working out (i.e. this week gained 2 pounds). This will help you stay on track and find out what works and what doesn't. Make sure you maintain a healthy eating habit as any exercise and work out routine will not work properly if you indulge in old habits.

Doubling your routine will not change anything so work out but work out smart!

there is only so much activity/exercise that can be performed in a 24 hour period with out having a negative effect on fat loss. this amount of activity will vary from person to person so the only way to truly know for yourself is to give it a try. if the session of exercise is about 1 hour long I would have at least 8 hours and several good meals between exercise sessions.

you have to make sure that you are eating enough for your daily level of activity so counting calories is almost a must.

Calorie input to calorie output. Its that simple. However, if you want to be more effective, vary your routines and use different muscle groups.

yes at first it will, but your body will get used to the routine and you won't lose at all. you need to vary your routine. I ride my bike and walk and do aerobics.
