Your body is going to go into starvation mode, and YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT AT ALL.
The VERY BEST way to lose weight is to have many small meals a day, that IN TOTAL have a calorie count of about 1500 calories. Make sure they hit all the food groups. So then you don't ever have the chance to get hungry, because you are always feeding yourself something. And you never stuff yourself silly (as with four weetabix) so you never feel sleepy either.
Use sense please or the abuse you give your body now will backfire on you later.
8 to 12 8 ounce glasses of water a day is fine. There is such a thing as TOO MUCH water too, you know!

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
A healthy amount of exercise is 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have also seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet, herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

If you continue this diet for very long you will become ill due to malnutrition-otherwise known as starvation. You need at least 1200 calorie a day from a combination of meat, dairy, veggies, fruit, and carbs for proper nutrition. Cut out the snack foods that are high in fat and have no nutritional value. Snack on raw veggies if you need to munch on something. Increase your activity level with a regular exercise program including parking further from the entrance to buildings, using stairs instead of elevators, and walking or jogging regularily. Eating healthy and exercising is the way to lose weight-not starvation.

I would imagine you wouldnt loose that much weight because you wont be eating enough. i would try 2 weetabix in morning, apple for break, 2 weetabix for lunch and apple for afternoon break and then maybe a balanced meal for dinner. it stops you goin into starvation mode yet you will be topping up your energy levels too and still do the exercises.

Eat lots of celery! It has negative calories. It takes more calories to eat and digest the celery, then the celery has in it.
Here's a good way to show how much calories you need in a day, if you want to lose weight.
Your weight
x 10 if your a girl
x 11 if your a guy
after that
x 1.3 if you don't get a lot of exercise
x 1.5 if you do get a lot of exercise
Thats how many calories you should eat in a day. Now if you want to lose weight minus 500. You should eat that many calories in a day, and you will lose one pound a week. Plus exercising, and the weight will fall off.

Ok, that is no way a good diet. it's good that ur going out for a run and eating wheetabix and apples, but u need way more than that! u should eat all the way through the day, and not just apples, carbs like pasta, maybie with some chicken and a sauce. If you don't, you'll pass out.

it might make you loose weight short term, but you are going to harm your body in the long run, your body will not be getting all the nutrients and minerals it needs, plus 4 liters of water a day will make it worse as 2 liters is the recommended amount, i have a Friend who was drinking 4 a day and she ended up in hospital with exhaustion because she had flushed all the minerals out of her body, you should vary your meals and have at least two, if not 3 proper meals in a day. good luck.

Sorry, but I think that you're well aware that a diet of wheetabix and apples will definately not be the best diet for "burning fat", and it's also not balanced at all.
You should eat when you are hungry, restricting healthy foods is just sill and will be counter-productive to your weight loss efforts.

don't you get fed up of weetabix and apples every day, maybe you could have 5 tuc biscuits with cottage cheese on for tea, and you can eat as many tomatoes as you like cause these actually burn the fat in your body helping you loose weight.

The FDA just offically reported that NO PILL will burn fat. Many manufacturers are now being sued for false advertisement including Hoodia, Hydroxycut, and Xenadrine. Only exercise burns fat, I am sorry to say. I would love it if it weren't so!
