my step mom has made my life a living heck these last few years and if i move in with my mom i'll have my brothers and my baby sister and my mom does stress me as much but is it okay to do that i mean i've lived with them for 4 years and is it right to move out now with my highschool education all over.

the court never order me to stay there it jsut kinda happened that way

You have to do what you feel is best for you. You need to weigh your pros and cons. If there is a court order for you to live with your dad then you have no choice but to stay there. Maybe you should talk to your dad about his wife and see if something can be worked out. You really shouldn't go back and forth when things get bad though. That's not fair to your parents.

you are very lucky if your mum lets you move back in. If you was my daughter you would have to explain yourself or be in serious danger. I would be offended that you chose to live with your father then come back when it suits YOU! If your 18 then you should get your own flat and stop depending on your parents.

if u r over 18, than u can do whatever u want. just remember the grass may not be greener, which u r already aware of.
