I gained 65pounds when I was Pregnant from 130 to 195 terrifing.When my baby was born , I lost 30pounds in 2 weeks just breastfeeding and baby and alot of water.One year later,I am still overweight by 25pounds.
I haven't really tried to diet or exercise,(just been so engrossed in my child) please give me the best exercises for stomach and I have really bad back pains.

Hi I am doing good today thanks for asking. Why not drink water and do alot of walking. Walking is good for you and also take your baby with you in a carriage. You can walk and show your baby off while you are at it. Good luck and congrats on the baby. Take care.

eat a high protein low carb diet with lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Go for a fast paced walk everyday with or with out the baby. During baby's nap pop in an exercise video and do a little work out.

For losing weight try looking at the Kimkins diet http://www.kimkins-diet-review.com - It doesn't require you to exercise but if you want to tone up your stomach you should probably do some abs as well.
