I will give what I believe to be the most important part of the dream. I have had this dream numerous times in the past week and don't know what it means.
The dream was about the mark of the beast the symbol used was 789

123
Except when I saw the symbol the 456 had a red blood line through it. I begged everyone not to receive the mark, but they wouldn't listen. I woke up crying and frightened to see all these people be deceived.

I know the mark of the beast is 666. But in my dream I saw that if you subtract the numbers down omitting the 456 that the answer is 666 (7-1=6, 8-2=6, 9-3=6)

The Mark of the Beast is 666.
There's one thing I can say:
123456789 are the first 9 numbers of the Western numeric system. 456 with a blood red line through it may symbolize it as the center of these numbers. It may mean that those who are constantly being the CENTER of attention (political members, famous celebrities, etc.) may be the ones who won't receive the mark. The others with 123 and 789 will.
It's basically all about social status.

God does speak through dreams and visions, we have to discern that it really is of God though.
RE-EDIT: HEY... I know, it is like a KEYPAD FOR A CASH DISPENSER. In Revelation the antichrist figure will force people to take the mark of the beast. If they don't they are not allowed to buy or sell. So if you try to access money, you would be picked up by security camera and have the police onto you. The red could be symbolic of the part of the machine that dishes out money ... to a dissenter it could spell blood to attempt to get money.
Maybe you have watched films about end times recently.
Possible (extremely speculative) scenario: religious violence in the West gets intense, with bombs going off all over the place, killing many, and creating great fear..possibly some small nuclear bombs. So martial law is needed, and a strong dictator as the only way out in most people's minds. People have to agree to a set of beliefs to gain accreditation.
