first lose some wight because if you are full of oil then it'll reflect on your hair. However, the best way is to use special shampoo for oily hair and perhaps wash your hair with concentrated lemon juice it'll help very much and remeber don't touch your hair very often it'll make it more oily and sticky.
if nothing work you could go to ur physicion he'll recommend some good medication for that.

Do not touch your hair. The oils from your hand flaten you hair and makes it oily. Also, Garnier Frutise is a GREAT brand for all hair types. Choose the one that fits you best. If it doesn't take to much energy, blow dry your hair and make sure that all old hair is out of your brush when you use it. Do not use any hair spray or gel. Also, shower as often as possible to reduce oil. Hope this helps.

It depends- do u wash your hair everyday, if so thats not such a good idea because it can cause oilyness, but if don't wash your hair often it gets oily 'cause its dirty.

Try a different shampoo and a lighter conditioner. Also, for a quick fix you can sprinkle some baby powder on your roots. hope that helps!
