Has anyone seen water proof pants, outfits, overalls, coveralls, etc with built-in feet. Or even snap on booties, though I would prefer one pieces?

If not what do you do for a toddler (1 year old) who wants to walk in the park and won't walk in even semi-soft soled shoes/boots. Only cloth booties?

How warm are the robeeze winter boots, and are they waterproof or waterproofable. The way the seams are it looks like they would just wick water in.

Thanks

Sorry, no Robeez are waterproof according to their online FAQ (http://www.robeez.com/en-us/productinfo/faqs.htm?PriceCat=2&Lang=EN-US&RefID=5067#caring):

"Are Robeez shoes and booties suitable for wearing outside?

Both shoes and booties are ideal for indoor and light outdoor use. Please note that Robeez products are not waterproof and should only be used in dry conditions when outdoors. Also, because Robeez products are made with genuine leather and suede, rough outside surfaces can wear them out prematurely. "

This even applies to their little "booties", not just their slipper shoes. But from my research online, I've managed to find an alternative: Preschoolians. They are not cheaper, but their selling point is that they make different styles and in particular they make styles suitable for outdoor wear. Here is a link to some soft-soled winter boots that come with a removable waterproof lining: http://preschoolians.com/item.asp?cat=205&iid=2949&id=30310. I don't know if there is a cheaper version in another brand, but that's what I came across so far. Good luck! ;-)
