Hi,

I use the Lonely Planet and the LP Thorntree the most - it's the worlds largest backpacking and independant travellers forum.

Also, these:

* Bootsnall.com
* RoughGuides website.
* backpackingeurope.com/
* travelindependent.info/
* GapYear.com
* the-backpacking-site.com/
* www.onebag.com/

hope that helps

Philip

As above - a web search would be useful. There are sites like lonelyplanet.com/tripadvisor.com that can give you further info. I've used bootsanall.com - a site where you can gain extremely useful info from other back packers, or maybe www.couchsurfing.com could prove handy - it's for those on a low budget and as the name implies, can give you details of literally peoples' couces you can stay on instead of hostels around the world.

Happy travelling :)

Your best bet would be to do a general search on the Internet.

If you have more specific ideas about where you want to go, people will be able to give you detailed advice. Can you edit your question, giving us more information?

For student travel itineraries, contact a specialist travel company such as Trailfinders.
