Im not a club/pub person, and have terrible luck meeting someone there.

I have poor hearing (im 24) so loud areas mean i cant really hear.

How else can i meet someone? I often see very attractive girls at the shops, down the beach etc, but i dont know how to talk to them as a stranger.

I want to leave university and work girls out, just incase.

Any help would be great

One suggestion would be to find a girl to talk to in a coffee shop or park. Thats somewhere that you could have a conversation that wouldn't be too loud. You could start a conversation by saying something like if they were reading a book, "What are you reading?" "How is it so far?" and then go from there. Also, you could ask them if you could join them.

Well, I'm not a club person either, haha and i have bad hearing AND i'm twenty four. Okay. I'm a real shy girl so in order for me to make friends lol, I have to wait for a guy to come up and talk to me. The last guy ( i have a 2yr boy ) came up while I was outside my apt with my son, and just started having a conversation with my boy. Then he just started talking to me. Like he said ' I dont know what he just said, but he is cute, I have two boys of my own. ' then we just started talking and stuff. I guess its really just the confidence issue. I never have confidence to go up and talk to people.

Oh yeah -- And remember. The worst they can say, is * No *.

Good Luck with it :)

It's probably your general attitude. Girls don't want to get "work[ed] out" by a stranger.

I'm sure they can pick up on your intentions and will avoid you.

Dude, just ask your friends' girlfriends if they have any hot friends. Or become a football player they dig that and hockey players, (tough athletes).

Just live life and quit acting desperate.
