I can understand how her parents and yours also do not like the fact that she continues to pursue you aggressively by buying you gifts and everything. This is inappropriate behaviour for a young girl. You must first stop accepting her gifts and let her know that you wish to be friends with her and nothing more. Obviously your kind way of telling her to stop is not convincing her that you are serious. This can lead to misunderstandings later. Her parents already feel you are taking advantage of her by accepting her gifts. So be firm in your wish for her to stop. Best of luck to you!

What's the problem between the parents? Is she too young for you? Have either one of you been in some serious trouble before?

Be honest with her and yourself and tell her you don't feel comfortable going against your parents wishes. You don't have to have "the one" just to date. Dating is exploring new ideas and relationships, it doesn't mean the first person you date is your future spouse.
