This is kind of a long story: I like my best friends cousin and he acts like he likes me back but nobody makes a first move or anything. I would ask him out but theres the problem of my best friend. She is 14 like me and she has no interest in boys and when I say something like "hes cute" she seems to get really uncomfortable so I dont know how I should handle this. Should I let it go and wait it out? Or do something about it? Advice please!

I'm not sure -- I seriously did not start dating until I was 17... But I think maybe you should just wait until you both are a little older -- Maybe she really does have an interest in boys but is too shy to admit it. But if you confront her and ask her about her cousin, she may get really defensive and protective -- that IS her cousin. I used to crush really hard on boys when i was your age, but I never told anyone I did, and when my friend would be all oogling over some hot guy, I would feel uncomfortable too..... Maybe wait till next year. Perhaps the boy's hormones arent flaring enough for him to make a move on you.

I dated 2 men who have been shorter way shorter than me (i'm relatively tall). One lasted a 300 and sixty 5 days and the different 2 years. You do get stares and persons have had comments approximately it. yet I in no way cared and you ought to no longer the two :) if she makes you satisfied that must be all that concerns

If she can’t respect your decision, I don’t see why she’s a friend. Friends respect each other’s decision and who ur dating. If she doesn’t like you dating that guy, she’s just going to have to be patience and aguantar, I don’t know how to translate it English. And about dating the guy, go ahead although you’re going to have to be a little patience by when u want to date him.

talk to both of them and think which do you care more about having a relations ship with the guy or your best friend personally i think if it makes ur friend uncomforatable then just let things go but just talk to both of them and then make the decisions

if she's ur best friend she'll understand if u tell her about him. if u want anything to happen, u have to do something. start by telling ur friend. then go to the guy and start flirting
