this guy named paul ask me for my number and i said i was tasken well he said hi to me and then one day i told him i like him .... then i let it go for a year then i told him i like him again but he wont talk to me but he stares at me alot what do that mean .... like when we was at the dance none of his friends was around and he sat in front of me but turn his head while i was standing ..... and he looks at me everyday.. we share alot of eye contact like in a glaze or something for a min then i turn away i dont get it please help

That's a lot of flirting with eyes...
He's totally digging you but is too shy to make a move.
Staring is a dead give away. Go and make a move if you like this guy and then all those awkwardness will go.

I think he is in love with you. I've had guys stare at me as if they were in a glaze and when I've looked back at them, they just kept looking, as if they didn't know they were looking...if that makes sense. They seemed totally transfixed and it turned out they secretly loved me...could be the case with your situation here.

Is sounds as if he likes you too, but you have told him that you like him, so why doenst he talk to you instead of stareing? The next move should be up to him.
