Only Pentecostals and Charismatics practice or believe in "word of knowledge", not all born again (Evangelical) Christians.

Look up Born Again in the Wikipedia, and you will see there is more to it than that.
Church people have been doing it for years. They even have parties where it's performed, and some of the anecdotal evidence is rather inspiring, though I hear therapists are now cautioning against it, ha, what do they know?
I say it's harmless, and probably even beneficial.

God will give me a word of knowledge, if I ask, but I need to know something about someone to get a word.
Jesus said that if we ask for wisdom, God gives generously, as long as we ask specifically and without doubting. So? Your not specific about what knowledge you want. So why don't you add to your question?

words of knowledge? the only words of knowledge i receive is what God teaches me from His Holy Words. there are churches that can give you what you want...just ask if they believe in speaking in tongues....if they do then that is the one you want....but if you are truly seeking God, then you will stay far from places like that and cling to your King James Version bible, praying diligently for God Himself to reveal His Wisdom to you as He makes you ready and prepared to receive it. anywhere else you only receieve mans interpretaion of Gods word.

yes, I receive words of wisdom and knowledge... but I do not know you nor do i feel you are serious about caring what God would say to me.... Do you want God to share wisdom with you? are you willing to 'hear' Him? the Words you need to start with are in the Holy Bible... it is complete from beginning to end, just as God is the Alpha and the Omega

we have spiritual gifts but we can see only the future that the bible predicts....we believe physics are the work of the devil...
