I don't know if you have Craigslist.org where you're from, but I do rescue and I've found a billion cages on there. Good cages, that all I've got to do is go get them. You can get used cages MUCH cheaper than brand new ones.

There are great cages on ebay for very good prices. You don't say what kind of bird you're trying to feed for cheap but your local pet store can recommend a good bird seed, pellets are better though if your bird will eat them. Offer fresh foods (look online for what your species of bird will like) from your fridge. Can't get any cheaper than that.

Check on Ebay for cages.

As fo food, you will probably get poor quality food if you look for something cheap. In the long run, you would spend tons of $$ on vet bills because of this.

Always feed a high quality food. Pellets are best, but in the right perportions. 80% pellets, 15% fresh foods, 5% seed and treats.

There are large cages on ebay for large expenditures. you do no longer say what form of poultry you are attempting to feed for much less costly yet your close by puppy save can recommend a good poultry seed, pellets are greater effective regardless of the indisputable fact that for the time of the experience that your poultry will consume them. furnish sparkling meals (seem online for what your species of poultry will like) out of your refrigerator. can no longer get to any extent further low priced than that.
