Regarding Homosexuality as normal?

to above: Yeah the government should keep its nose out of immoral behavior, like murder, rape, pedophilia. Why all the condemnation. Are you kidding me, that is all the laws are is a condemnation on immoral behavior. Sounds liek an anarchist to me.
I can;t say that those who CHOOSE to be homosexual cannot serve our country well. I do not think that homsexuality is a good choice nor is it moral. I can see where being homosexual could put you in personal danger if you tried to share your chosen lifestyle with someone who doesn't agree. Basically the military separates men and women in their use of facilities such as showers, toilets, etc. This is done, not only as a social norm, but also to prevent sexual encounters that hinder duty. If the military were to be open to homosexuals, I would prefer that they have thier own facilites. But then that would be discrimination or whatever the liberal word of the week happens to be.

there are gays in the military now. i don't think a lot will change. they just wont kick people out for admiting it. I don't understand why everyone is freaked out about it. I'm not homosexual, but I know many people who are, and honestly, they are no different than you or I. They are actual people, folks.

This is a step in the right direction. The government should not be in the business of condoning immoral behaviour.

i dont see why sexuality is coming into play. what difference does it make it matt likes sue or if matt wants steve. what should matter is how matt presents himself if hes hitting on people at work you know looking for this weekends date whether its male or female. i know why they do iti just dont understand it. you let women serve and thats a bigger issue than men on men if you ask me. women use sex to get what they want. and they get pregnant,woman should be the ones not allowed in not gay men
