A real man prays to God and tries his best, A real man knows how to properly treat a lady, a real Man has battles that his spouse may never understand that is why we should pray for our spouse. A real man wants to walk in truth and walk with integrity. A real Man will fail and make mistakes but a real man will also ask for Gods help when he strays from the world. A real man is human. And a real man serves God with the best he has.

A real man or a spiritually healthy man? I don't want to mince your words...so can't be absolutely sure what your asking. All of mankind is real in God's eyes that I know of. As for spiritual health the Bible and and other spiritual guidance ---including acknowledging the Holy Spirit ...so life--- helps if one seeks.

Great Question!
A "real man" in God's eyes acknowledges God in all things and pursues God's way over his own way. A "real man" accepts who and what God made him to be using everything that God has given him in the way of strengths, gifts, talents, understandings and even his weaknesses to pursue the purpose of his creation. A "real man" does not hold himself above others, instead he strives to lift up others and help them be the best that they can be. A "real man" lets the perfect love that God has for him and in him flow through him to those around him that others can experience the perfect love and acceptance that God has for them in their lives. A "real man" does not compare himself to others to establish his value and worth, instead he stays tuned in to God's will and God's way and seeks to complete the work and the job that God has for him. His motive and drive is to be obedient seeking to please his heavenly Father.

There are many aspects to this question.
God wants a real man to:
Love Him and obey His commandments.
Follow Him wherever He takes him.
A man of his word, who honors truth.
A man who can be trusted with your greatest possession or your daughter.
A man who loves his family, and provides for and protects them.
A man who will be a good friend to his neighbors.

Matthew 20:25-28:
...Jesus called them to him and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them...It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servent, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
